Deposits and cancellations
On booking a 1-to1 consultation with a Julia Redmond as a sleep consultant you may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit directly to the them. The value of the deposit should be limited to a fair representation of the cost of the cancelation to the consultant.
Should you wish to cancel the appointment, the deposit may not be refunded, this is entirely at the discretion of the consultant.
